Hey Paula, just reading up on the Bee Pollen benefits for parrots and it is suggested that it could help with feather plucking!

Hi Steve the bee pollen is from morley avaries, I give it to monty the plucked grey and it was Margy who told me it helps with pluckers and to be honest he is quite grey now compared to when he arrived here

Hi Paula welcome to the forum.
That`s really interesting about the bee pollen, do the tooty fruity bee pollen perches work the same then?

I would imagine so Scarlett as this stuff looks like tiny beads smells lovely though looks like a yellow grain.

pinched this from web

Bee Pollen for birds is bee-collected pollen from flowering plants. Because pollen is the reproductive spore of plants, it is very nutrient rich containing a diverse supply of active enzymes and natural hormones.

Bee Pollen is also a great source of free amino acids, essential fatty acids which includes the Omega 3 fatty acids, and carbohydrates. Packed with vitamins and minerals easily absorbed and assimilated by your bird, Bee Pollen can be a powerhouse supplement for birds who feather pick for health reasons, or birds who may be immosuppressed and need a boost to their systems.
