I'll have to open an account to see the payment methods I buy else where but maybe I should just buy direct and have it delivered to my work so i don't have to think about picking stuff up or being in for a postman/courier etc. If anybody else is interested in having a nosey and doesn't know the addy its http://www.tidymixdiets.com/site/index.php?option=com_opencart&Itemid=120&route=common/home

Love the new site, you can order by Paypal, Debit Card or Credit Card Di.

Got a bit mixed up with it at first so had a second go and it was great Very Happy  Got the hang of it now, a techie I ain't  Shocked  Did a lot of research when Kai Lani was coming home over seven years ago and loved the quality of Tidymix (must say I love picking through it myself mmmm!). Also love the fact that it's free delivery, with six hungry beaks to feed it's easy to order enough to qualify for that.

Have any of you tried the fruit treats mix?
I buy AS335 (its about the same price for the large sacks) but looking at the piccie of this one it looks very similar but I can't see a description of what is in the mix to compare it?

I order from them every month and do it on invoice... the new site does not allow this but if you already have an account with them you can email your order to carry on the invoice system. Smile

Thanks Shell, think I'll do that next time, didn't know you still could, so much easier than fiddling with card numbers.  Have 'minced' all the invoices now, but think I remember the account details.

The new site took me unawares.

Just tried to ring through an order but got an answer phone Sad not a fan of ordering over the internet i always worry i've messed up with payment or delivery address or clicked on something that makes the order a £million!! That plus all the stuff you hear about internet cloning of cards etc Sad
Does anybody know what their opening times are via the telephone?
I hate talking to machines and prefer a human lol!

TidyMix Diets Hello!!! Empty Sorry for not getting back to posts.....

Post by TIdymix Diets Mon Jan 27, 2014 4:15 pm

Hi Everyone....

Loving the new Problem Parrots site BTW...

I have managed to read some of your posts and I will ensure I look at them all over the next few days.

At present we are readying new premises in Newhaven, we are having the warehouse completely redecorated and fitted out to meet our needs. As you can all imagine this has been taking up all of our time hence not logging back into this great site for a while.

Thank you for the positive feedback you have posted, we are delighted many of you love the new site and the products we produce for your birds.
Thank you to Natacha Turbotton who gave me the nudge to come back and say hi....  Very Happy
Regards Andy and Scott

oh nuts old age is defo addling my brain Sad forgot to ask about the fruit mix when i rang up *geeze*
I buy 20kg sacks of the AS335 and wanted to know what was in the Tidymix fruit stuff they are about the same price was wondering if i could soak the Tidymix fruit and if it was chopped or large whole fruit chunks...i do like the chopped stuff as i have large and small in my flock but the larger birds the grey girls and Alfie Ammie (who has decided he also likes it!) like the larger chunks...
the things you have to put yourself through for the sake of keeping a flock of parrots happy!! Shocked
