The forum theme has now been changed 
i have used the same one as last year as there does not seem to be that many that are good this year!

please can you explain what the reputation with a no is about?

The Reputation is where folk have clicked to say they liked/agree the post you made. When the pages go back to normal after Christmas you will see on the right side by whatever anyone posts up there is a + and a _ . If you think a post is very good you click on the + and another number is added to your reputation. If you disagree or don't like the post you can click on the _ and a reputation point is taken away.
