any thoughts from you all how we can liven this up a little? what do you think the reason is for no people coming very much?

we have been offered to change the forum on our web site to meet our needs better than the last one but i know know if we should bother?

It's quite hard to get on this forum from the newer PP page, in fact it takes you to something completely different. It needs the .org in there somewhere.

I really like this forum, education and bombardment on FB, but another big forum is closing it's doors at Christmas time due to non use, I do think FB and other stuff is making forums redundant to be honest, Fb is like a drug, people can't live without it once hooked.

Maybe if you put the rehoming birds, rehomed birds, stories etc. on here via a link through Fb then more people would visit and stay for a while.

I think that's a great idea, for people like me who do not use fb there are never any stories on here of the birds that have been rehomed and how they are doing, I adopted Jimmie the sennie from you guys and was told she had loads of followers who would want to see her progress and I emailed Hollie and said I had put pics on here and nothing, I have emailed Hollie on a few occasions and get nothing back but I know she is busy so this doesn't bother me but we really care about pp and the birds and just look at how it was on here before fb Sorry Shell I know we don't know eachother so I hope you don't think I have spoke out of turn xxxx

I have to agree with you Lou I am also a non FB user and also would have liked updates on rehomes, especially when we hear about them at the beginning & never get to know the outcome.

no not spoken out of turn at all i wil be the first to admit that i have neglected you all a little as facebook it so much easier... to be fair to it we would not have half the following we have without it but i do feel this is a great place and i would not shut it down we just need to liven it up a bit
