Hiya,

I'm Michelle, Scarlett just recommended the forum so I thought I would stop by and say Hello!
I'm in Barry, South Wales and I live in a mad house. I am mum to four little girls ages between 5 and 11. I also have another 10 little mouths to feed... Annie, Alfie, Angel, Dexter and Daisy the chihuahuas, Elvis our cat and last but not least my lovely feathered family. Spike the Timneh Grey who is 11 this year and has been with me since he was about 6mths. Then there is Ozzie the African Grey, Bonnie the female Eclectus and Poppet the baby Galah, all rescues.

Nice to meet you all and look forward to chatting with you soon.

Yes Bonnie laid two infertile eggs a few weeks ago, well its 32 days today and she is still really interested in them. They are still lovely and warm and she is in the box most of the time with them. The last day or two she has spent a little longer out of the cage, but not much. I am not sure whether to take them away now as its past what would have been incubation period, or whether to leave them until she gets fed up herself. I am a bit nervous of what her reaction is going to be as she seems to love them! Bless her. Very Happy

Leave them until she isnt bothered anymore if you take away to soon this could cause her to re lay
