NEW WEB SITE!!!

New Website comes up this morning with a page full of dogs! with the heading Earthbound ?? this comes via the link I was sent.
Thought I'd move some stuff over, but to be honest I give up.

Ah, now if I click on the Main Site heading at the top here it brings up the new website!

I gave up asking to help. can not get on the site to log in .  

Try clicking on this page where it says Main Site.

i can get on to the site but cannot log.

Have you found the Log in which is down the bottom on left? perhaps its not meant to be used just yet and I can Log In as was moving things from one site to the other.

yes Di i did offer to help sent all the info and nothing   so im giving up offering my help.

Can i just ask do i have to register on to the new website or will i just be transfer d over ?

Don't know, perhaps our usual Log In will work on there when its ready.

Sorry all, been a bit busy with essays ..... Right the new site is the main web site. There is a forum on there but to be honest i dont know if i like it or not... You have to re register to look around the new site and to post on the forum as we cant move anything over from this one automatically.
Mandy i an sorry that i have not got back to you but i would have hoped steve has set you up whilst i was having some time off.

But if you have all looked around the new site then please let me know what you think as may keep this forum too.

New website is lovely but not sure about the forum part of it, personally I prefer this forum, it's easier to use.

The new site looks very nice, is very pretty, professional and informative.  But as has been said, can't find anywhere to log on/register that works because it does not indicate where to open an account.

To  have two forums seems pointless, I thought the whole idea, as well as moving technologically forward, was to incorporate everyone so that those of us who won't use Facebook can be included and kept up-to-date and be as well informed as everyone else, rather than be left hanging in limbo, we are all part of Problem Parrots and believe in the ethics of how and why it materialised and developed, and we don't want to lose touch. that would be too sad.

The Log In is at the very bottom of the front page page on the right.

But there is no register button and I can't log in unless I register.

Oh I see, then that's something Shell/Steve has to do so you can view the new website.
I guess once its up and running for general use there will be a register button???

the register and log in button is right at the bottom of the page. There are some things we still need to adjust, doing our best x

Ann finds using the forum difficult anyway and I'm not sure why. Perhaps she can send her id to you or Shell so that she gets registered on the new one?
As far as I can see there is only a Log In button on the new website not a Register one?

That's it Di, keep wondering where everyone is and if the new website's taken over and I can't join in cos I can't register.  I miss everyone.

Seriously I don't think anything is happening on the other forum, not when I last looked, its not all finished yet and I think there's a lot of 'fine tuning' to be done before folk are let lose.
