Re: new members come and say hello xxx
Hello I am new to this but id like to say hello.
My name is phil I am from the Manchester area and I am looking for an african grey.
I have previous experiences with my friends african grey when he is on holiday or work commitments but now think I am ready to foster my own bird and make him or her happy and have a life it deserves.
Thank you
Phil

Re: new members come and say hello xxx
Hello everyone thank you for being so warming to me joining. Well I will be asking a few questions along the way as I am all new to this and want to make a difference.
My questions are is there a set size cage a grey has to be put into?
Is set routines good for behaviour?
What diets are your greys on and was it hard to introduce new ideas of feeding?
I would like to say a massive thank you to kate and hollie for helping me into this group as I struggled at first.
I do hope to adopt a grey and make a difference in the birds life as I know i can do that.
I am a family man also an animal lover as I have 2 cats 8 fish and a hamster. I have a 15 month old son too but I love the environment.

Kate
Just wanted to introduce myself. We don't currently have any birds, but have experience with sun conures, CAGs & a Senegal.
I am relatively new to forums, though I belong to 3 Yahoo parrot news groups.
I am not sure how much I will post, but I enjoy reading about the experiences others have with their fids & learning new things, in hopes of being a better & more active member.
